Hangover Cures from Kingsley Amis

We all had a good time at the AICPs, right! But now we are all hungover as sin and there is work to be done. Luckily for us, Kingsley Amis has some hangover cures that you can read over at Boast Blog USA.

SXSW Top Ten

If you were watching twitter or facebook last week, you probably saw an obnoxious amount of posts from SXSW.  Well, like so many other New Yorkers I also flew to Austin for the week to participate in all the madness.  I’m not going to waste anyone’s time by adding yet another lugubrious editorial to the blog pile.  Instead, I’ve complied a collection of free tracks from the best bands witnessed or buzzed about during my 7 days. That post’ll be coming soon. While you wait - take a look at my Top Ten!

The best burger in NYC (and other glorious food recommendations)

Around the studio, I’m known as the guy to ask when you need a good place for all things related to food and drink.  I consider it a personal mission to know the perfect place for all occasions; regardless of whether you want a hot spot or a dive bar.  I know them all and enjoy them equally.

My reputation as the person to ask has resulted in so many inquiries that it’s gotten hard to keep up; and, well, bar afficianados aren’t really known for their sparkling memory.  So, as a solution, I’ve created a google map of the best places to go.  It even has a key…

Red = Favorite  (These are the places I absolutely love and think everyone must try!)
Green= Outdoor spot
Purple = Great Bar (may or may not have a food menu)
Blue = Happy Hour
Magenta = Recommended by friends, but not tested personally.

Most are within spitting distance of the studios, however I’m adding other neighborhoods as time goes on and I’m open to suggestions.  If anyone knows any decent places close to Madison Square Garden, please share.  That area is a dead zone…
